Mr. Kleen 76 – Kleen Pass Unlimited Monthly Car Wash Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Kleen Pass – the easiest way to keep your car shining all month long! Please take a moment to read our simple terms and conditions to get the most from your membership.

🚗 What’s Included

  • Monthly Unlimited washes (one wash per day) for your selected Kleen Pass package.
  • Fast access with RFID tag for automatic entry.
  • Valid at both Mr. Kleen 76 stations in Lynnwood only.
  • Upgrades or add-ons outside the selected package will incur additional charges at time of service.

SMS and Email communications:

  • As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.

Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes. 💳 Billing & Payments

  • Your Kleen Pass is billed monthly to the card you provide.
  • Billing renews automatically on the same day each month.
  • A valid payment method is required to keep your membership active.
  • Mr. Kleen 76 is not responsible for overdraft fees or other charges from your bank or card issuer.

❌ Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime! Just give us at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • No refunds for partial months or unused days.
  • Upgrades, updated payment information, membership modifications, personal information, can all be updated online at https://mrkleencarwash.app.rinsed.co/

🚙 One Car = One Pass

  • Each Kleen Pass is valid for one vehicle only.
  • An RFID tag will be installed on your windshield at the Mr Kleen Station – it must stay on that vehicle.
  • Replacement of RFID tags may incur a small fee.
  • Need to switch vehicles? Update your account online at https://mrkleencarwash.app.rinsed.co/

⚠️ Things to Know

  • “Unlimited” = up to one wash per day.
  • RFID tags are non-transferable – sharing may lead to cancellation.
  • Misuse (e.g., sharing RFID tags or license plates) may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or refuse membership for any reason.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Mr. Kleen 76 Stations is not liable for damage to pre-existing vehicle conditions, loose parts, aftermarket accessories, or non-factory items.
  • Please remove antennas, bike racks, aftermarket accessories that may be damaged, items in truck beds or valuables before entering the wash.

🛠️ Service Availability

We do our best to be open daily – but sometimes we close for maintenance, holidays, or weather. Your membership will still be valid when we reopen.

🔒 Your Info Is Safe

We use your personal info only for managing your Kleen Pass and never share it.

❗Changes to Membership

Mr Kleen may adjust prices, packages, or terms with at least 30 days’ notice. Notices may be posted at the wash, texted or emailed to you.
